1. We contacted the hotel to arrange for the jackets to be sent, and were told that 'Our housekeeping department turns in everything found from half empty bottles of shampoo to diamond rings' and that no jackets were found.

3. Our only complaint was that housekeeping totally skipped our room one day so we had to call down for some towels, etc. when we returned to our room at the end of the day.
