1. My family arrived to this hotel only to find our room was given away to someone else even though the guarantee policy states rooms are held until 7:00am the next morning.

4. Upon arrival I was checked in very quickly but was continually asked, 'do you want a high floor?' When I made the reservation online, I requested a high floor, so I`m not sure why I was continually asked this.

7. I`m not sure what happened in less than a year, but this time before I even arrived I was having problems with the customer service.

First, when I made the reservation I requested a early check-in, when I was on my way there (still approx 2 hours away) I called the hotel to confirm that my rooms were ready to be checked into, the woman at the front desk was quite rude to me and said that the rooms would not be available because they had rented so many rooms the night before (not my problem right??) There checkout time is 12pm I was arriving at 12pm, I am sure that people checked out before 12 so why couldnt their housekeepers have 2 rooms cleaned by 12pm??? OK so I was a little heated about that, but figured that I wasnt going to let it ruin my vacation.
