1. The rooms are dated and the hallways and carpets are a little worn but the room was still comfortable and quite and the bed slept well.

2. The room had OLD furniture that appeared dirty, the AC/heater was falling apart, the water pressure was AWFUL, but on the bright side, the bed was comfortable though the pillows need replacing.

4. I stayed at this hotel while I was attending a seminar in downtown Raleigh, Great Location, staff was wery friendly, Breakfast excellent & the Best part of the hotel were its bed they are so comfortable & the rooms very clean.
