1. A few situational things annoyed me--like being on the first floor directly next to the lobby, the workout room, the pool, the parking lot, and the elevators.

2. There is a workout room and a small indoor 'pool' right by the front lobby area and also an outdoor pool, but that was closed for the season it appeared.
