1. The free wireless Internet was nice on the weekdays that I used it, but when I tried to use it over the weekend, it was extremely slow and frequently timed out.

2. The only real downsides were that the wireless internet was so weak that it only worked intermittently and the ice machine on our floor wasn't operating, forcing us to find ice on another floor.
