7. When we tried to check in the person at the front desk said our room wasn't ready yet (check in was 3:00) and when we asked him how long it would be he said 'I don't know, maybe 20 minutes or so' and just walked away from us before we could ask him anything else.

8. About 10 min went by and the same front desk person said it was almost ready but did not have towels, we asked to just get in the room and we would wait for the towels.

9. So we sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes while numerous housekeepers and staff just sat around the front desk giggling, laughing and carrying on while we waited because our room wasnt ready.

10. Finally after a little over 20 minutes I went back up and asked a different person at the front desk when our room would be ready, he said he didn't know we had been waiting but that he would get someone to get our room ready immediately.
