1. Their rates were reasonable, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the immediate Raleigh area.

2. The hotel staff were very accommodating with directions, local attraction information, etc. Since we were from out of town, these instructions were very important.

3. Reception area very practical with places to sit and work and have coffee etc. Only downside is that the building still feels like it needs remodelling, otherwise a practical marriott hotel in line with their new look.
