9. i loved it price was right and so was my decision on this hotel!wonderful staff very friendly service that goes above and beyond all expectations, rooms were gorgeous some had balconies indoors overlooking ballrooms resturants and more even a koi pond on the lover level.

10. Let me start off this review by saying that it makes me a little sad to write a mostly negative review, as the staff at this Hyatt were very courteous and helpful (minus one front desk staff member) and we got a great price through Hotwire.
