1. Virtually everyone you encounter in the hotel has a friendly greeting and the staff at the front desk are very helpful.

7. This time I found the large spread out layout of this property a bit cumbersome, I made the mistake of bringing 3 small bags instead on 1 big bag and it was very noticeable on the long long walk from the front desk to my room and then hiking out to my car.

9. When I called the front desk, they said because it was winter, only heat was available, and if I wanted my room to cool down, I should turn the system off.
