1. The location is great, right in the middle of the PSU campus, 6 blocks or so walk to downtown and right on the light rail line, but the rooms are dumpy and they don't service them.

5. The positives about this hotel are that it is in a good location (in the free transportation zone close to a street car stop and a bus stop to the Max), is near a few good pizza restaurants and coffee houses, and the staff was pretty friendly.

7. Because of the location and access to public transportation we were able to park the car and leave it there for 3 days for free and no one messed with the car, but parking spots were limited.
