1. They manager was never apologetic or anything and just acted if it was not a big deal and that they will bug bomb the room and then everything will be fine.

2. So we moved rooms for the night and then went up to the desk to talk to the manager the next morning and she then just switch us to another style room like the first one we had and had us move all our stuff to the new room and said they were going to bomb the 1st room we were in.
