1. Its small, clean, had just what I needed, just across the street from Convention Center which is a great convenience in a rainy city, and the MAX train which I took from the airport stops across the street too.

3. As there isn't any real other food option close by (Denny's right next door and a Red Robin down the street), good if you don't want to drive or take the train to other parts of the city.
