1. We went up to the room and found gashes in the dry wall, the shower did not look like it had been cleaned in months either.

2. the room was poorly furnished (for example, the soap fixture in the shower had been ripped out of the wall and placed on the bathtub rim), the cleaning staff did not do an adequate job (there was hair in the shower drain and a candy wrapper on the floor).

3. The room needed some attention had mold in shower exsaust fan needed acover and to be cleaned.

4. The sink barely drained, the missing tile in the shower was replaced by wet sheetrock & mold, the mattresses looked like they were taken from the homeless, it was supposed to be a non-smoking room but it stank (there was a pack of cigarettes in the trash), and something had been dripping down the walls.
