8. While the cost was great and the room was comfortable, we were greeted rudely by a scantily dressed young lady, the hot tub wasn't working, our key cards had to be reprogrammed every day of our nine day stay, we had to get our own towels, shampoos etc from a cart in the hallway, our room was cleaned only once thanks to one of our party intercepting someone from housekeeping and asking to have the room cleaned, we ran out of toilet paper and were told that the hotel was out, the same with sugar, only to find out from the next clerk on duty that there was indeed both in stores.

10. Speaking of bathrooms, ours was dirty and the towels looked like they came from the 80's too.
