Rooms are small, room service is poor, no refrigerators, no microwaves, no coffeepots in rooms, elevators get stuck frequently (we were in one for over 20 minutes, front desk did NOT answer emergency phone, a housekeeper and maintenance person finally got us out) NO apology for elevator ordeal, the front desk and the manager just thought it was funny, compared it to another customers experience from a few weeks before.
