1. Last year it got a major makeover, and while rooms are still basic, they are much more pleasant than before.

5. basically the building is a stereotypical 1950s motel with outdoor corridors; for the most part it is in good condition, but probably has not been renovated in decades.

6. This is the basic late 50`s/early 60`s 'bed in a box' and there are NO frills such as shampoos, lotions, tv remote, etc.
