1. I tried calling the corporate customer service number and was told the best they could do was to try and reach the manager for me.

2. Upon calling the hotel for more information, I was transferred to manager Alan Chang, who told me that the $44 charge was for two small green pillows that were missing from the room.

The Ramada was informed of this matter, their response was ' there are no bedbugs in this establishment' I asked them to at least check the room that we stayed in, i did'nt excpectthem to tell me if they had found bedbugs, I simply wanted them to check and to take care of the problem if there was one, I also left msg with their general manager, nobody has called me back.

4. All the staff starting with the Manager Alan and his assistant Jennifer to each desk clerk, housekeeping, bar and restaurant staff as well as housekeeping and shuttle drivers.
