1. not much around the area, looks like it's still developing but it's a short drive to Downtown, Portland and not too far from other shopping areas like Washington Square in Beaverton/Tigard.

8. The hotel is located north of the downtown core, and handy to the airport (if that's important), if you have a car to travel in, this is an ideal location.
