1. The hand lotion at check-in is a nice touch, and the breakfast buffet at the on-site restaurant, Truss, is a tasty, good value.

4. I still like the Marriott hotels but would opt for Courtyard or Residence Inn which usually are better value for money (mostly with free internet in room and free breakfast.
