1. Everywhere else we have stayed, if needed, we could get a late departure due to airline connections being changed but here we had to leave by 1:00 p.m. which was only an hour later than normal checkout and not all hotel rooms were booked for that day.

2. Fresh fruit at the desk if you wish and bottled water, which I have to admit I thought was complimentary, though there was a somewhat well-hidden sign at checkout claiming it was $1.50/bottle - sorry folks.
