The room was perfectly nice but we waited over 25 minutes at the airport after calling for the free shuttle to the hotel - every other hotel nearby had a shuttle that came by at least once - even the cheap hotels came and went while we waited - some hotel shuttles came 3x during the time that we waited for ours.
