1. We arrived for breakfast 10 minutes before it ended and they were out of coffee, milk, fruit, well lets just say they had cereal (with no milk), 1 kind of yogurt, and some nasty little muffin looking things.

We wrote on our reservation that our daughter had severe asthma and needed to be far away from smoking and we arrive LATE and we walked into our room and it smelled like an ashtray, so we went to the front desk and they got us another room next to the room we were supposed to have and we settled in an the room did not smell smoky at all.
