1. There is a big flat screen TV, but no breakfast, no refrigerator, no coffee pot, no alarm clock, no microwave and worst of all no positive attitude toward service.

3. There was no heat in the rooms (it was mid October), no clock, no coffee machine, no service in the bar/cafe because it was a weekday but wow, coffee available after 8 AM.
