3. There were dead bugs on the carpet, they had to replace my heater a hour after i checked in,the floor was so sticky and gross I wore my socks into the shower.

4. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, but the room was a handicapped room, poor shower, generally not clean, and a policeman in the lobby after 5:00 PM.
