The carpet has threadbare spots, peeling wallpapaer, a cabinet door falling off, a lot of door dings and pain nicks`s and a tub/shower combo with holes in the tile and a cracking tub basin -- and this was in one of their Park Suites (which I was upgraded too when their was broken glass on the bathroom floor -- and a fair amount of hairs -- of the first room I checked into).

3. We had coupons for the second part of our stay, so we weren`t too concerned, but a King Suite runs around $325 a night.

5. Near the arts etc. Ask for a corner suite above the 9th floor for the best views.

6. We booked using Platinum Travel Service through American Express and were automatically upgreaded to a suite, but I saw one of the standard rooms and that seemed fairly good size also.
