4. You do need to take the shuttle back to the airport upon departure because of security but it departs every 20 minutes so it very convenient.

5. )A note for business travelers or those with long layovers, the second floor has the walkway to the terminals (B and C are easily accessed from the hotel, the others are a bit more complicated, might be better off with the shuttle), and there are many, many little groupings of two chairs and tables set up for those in transit, say after you`ve checked out but before you want to head to the airport itself.

6. Every single person I spoke to, from the reservations agent to the room service waiter to the shuttle driver was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and went out of their way to be helpful.

7. Even though it connects to Terminal B, once past security you can walk from A to D (soon to include E and F), or take the free shuttle provided by the hotel.
