1. We were going to stay here for just one night, but liked it so much that we decided to stay a second night at the last minute, which the hotel conveniently granted us a 50% off discount for the second night even though we checked out already and even let us choose a different room.

5. No on-site parking but a covered multi-level lot across 8th St where a 15 percent discount with a hotel validated ticket brings the cost for 24 hours down to about $22.
