1. Because my father travels frequently with his job, we have had the opportunity to use points programs at various hotel chains for complimentary stays, and I must say this chain and hotel were the least inviting.

6. Comfy bed, modern finishes, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc. However, when we checked in, the clerk was not going to give us our ticket for the complimentary breakfast, which was the reason why we picked that hotel in the first place.
