4. We got there at 11am and the front desk told us we had to wait until 3pm to check in and get our room so instead of getting mad about it, I got our bathing suites from our luggage (that they hold for you) and we changed in the lobby bathroom and laid out by the pool which is very nice.

5. Outside was a large swimming pool which was clean and there was a free towel service, but this hotel is for business and conference users not really leisure so you if your not bothered about walking through the foyer in your flipflops and shorts while everyone around you are in suits you will have no problem.

10. I pointed this out to the reception and the manager moved us 2 days later to a beautiful upgraded suite rm 552, with jacuzzi bath, power shower and seating area, a full pool view and tons of luggage space.
