8. We had a maid service every day and did leave a tip of $3 to $5 a day and got a great service - clean sheets everyday, clean towels, replenished coffee, room hoovered.

9. We came with a group, the first night a couple from the group found bed bugs on her clean white sheets, the following morning I found one crawling on my pillow when I smushed it blood gushed on the pillow.
