1. First the pros, a very courteous staff, a overall clean facility, nice decor, a great view overlooking the pool,nice beds (really comfortable) and awesome pool that kids had a blastall that a four star hotel should have.

5. Pros for villas: Very clean and spacious, comfy beds, pretty decor, lots of sinks and mirrors (our party had 4 females and 2 males!), housekeeping was quick and outstanding, pool by villas is large and quiet.
