1. There was a bomb scare on one of the Disney buses and they pulled ALL 200+ buses off the road for inspection, there was a delay in getting around for awhile but they had managers all over the place explaining the situtation and they handed out free sodas.

2. Went back to All star and saw the manager and she said so want do want me to do give you free park passes, I said no I am not after anything free just an apolgy for the embarrasment, nothing.

4. However, we did speak to the hotel manager who was very attentive and helpful and service seemed to improve somewhat after that.

5. Despite numerous calls to reception nothing was done to fix the problem until I personally went to reception and refused to move until I angerly spoke to a manager.

6. They went BACK TO THE lobby (trip 2.15 min walk each way) to get new keys and THOSE KEYS didn't work (no we didn't have an eel wallet as the manager asked and didn't put them near a cell or any other cards for that matter).

7. makes NO sence!and I ask to speak to a manager and he just goes on and on about how theat's the rule and there's nothing you can do about it.

8. My husband purchased a Reese's candy bar out the of vending machine that was spoiled and the hotel did not want to refund his $* at first (they had to call the manager to check if it would be possible).

10. i talked yet to another manager in food court!he told me to get a snack or drink on him, i know he was doing his job but really a drink or snack does not solve the poor quality of overall hotel.
