2. we've just returned from a ten night stay at the hawthorn suites and had a great time, the check in staff are friendly and efficient and will deal with any problems immediately, we had the complimentry breakfast each morning, not a great choice but it's free so i don't understand people moaning about it, always cereals, toast, fruit, yogurt, tea and cofee and a small selection of hot food each day, it kept us going most the day, eduardo at breakfast had my son giggling most mornings, we went as a family of 3, 39,29 and 6.

5. This was a road trip from New York, so we were tired when we got to the hotel and were presently surprised that check-in was so fast and easy.

6. The other complaint is most hotels have a complimentary internet access for flight check in, you had to pay here, location is great however.
