6. When the maid did come they failed to provide us with the things that we lost in the shower explosion, like new toilet paper because it was completely soaked and we didn't have anymore, also we didn't get enough towels.

8. If you bring EVERYTHING you need like a canoe expedition up the Amazon it has electricity and running water (but don't drink any of it, yech!) and great showers and a great bed.
