1. We stayed here about 8 years ago and shuttle service to the parks was free, but now it is $7/per person.

3. 3 pools to choose from all the 3 hotels on site (although we did not use them), great bar at sister hotel and service was perfect.

8. Also free shuttle service for Disney and the drivers we had were very helpful and friendly (Dexter and other guy whose name I forget,oops).

We got free bus service to and from Disney's magic kingdom which had to be arranged as little as 1/2 hour in advance which was great and we were also able to buy our park ticket from the hotel for only an additional $5 off site extra, this was only for Disney as we had our other tickets for the two universals so I cant say whether they do those or not but my guess would be yes but please check.
