1. There is a mandatory $35 cleaning fee if you're staying fewer than 3 nights, but considering the low cost of the room it really isn't a big deal.

6. Contrary to what others have said, I found no 'hidden' costs - we booked through Expedia and everything was clearly laid out (some travellers may be confusing this with hotels - it was a condo and yes we paid a one-time $39 cleaning fee at the end of our stay).
