6. - no hair dryer- 2 shower heads in bathroom cannot be re-angled and are not 4-5 star hotel standard- room not fully clean on arrival (empty packets in cupboards) - lack of minibar or quality room service menu (no beer!)- WIFI link was slow and kept cutting out every 5 minutes (not exaggerating.
