8. -Safe neighborhood (I was alone the first two nights and felt absolutely safe walking from there to the Quarter and back)-Free coffee and danishes in the lobby in the morning -Computer and printer in the lobby (free printing)-Clean room, timely maid service, front desk staff was friendly-Reasonable rate ($59/night)--I see the average rate on Trip Advisor is $178 per night.
