1. The laundry room (I think there are two rooms with two washers and two dryers) are complementary, which is nice, however, I experienced problems several times with at least one of the appliances.

2. My only complaint would be that the laundry room on the 16th floor doesn't circulate air very well, so if both dryers are running, it's a sauna in there.

3. 2 comlimentry laundry rooms & soap is available for a dollar at the hotel gift shop downstairs which also carries some food items, candy & chips and drinks,toiletries and more.
