1. The desk clerk was loud and argumentative and told me that no one at Harrahs would have given me this information and that check in was at 4 pm without exception.

3. Travelocity wasn`t much help either, we got no credit for being put out like this, we had to wait until 3:00 the next day to check in, effectively gutting our planned day taking in the sights and scene that is New Orleans, and putting a real damper on our vacation.
