Considering the room rate, we probably got what we paid for - the staff was not attentive - except for the last morning of our stay when I missed breakfast by 15 minutes, the attendant put the orange juice machine back together (after he had cleaned it!) so I could have some juice - to me that was going the extra mile - he did not even look sour when I asked for juice.
