I was also impressed that there was someone who walked the
parking
lot at night and kept watch to keep out the riff raff - drugs, prostitution and all.

The neighborhood is a bit sketchy, but they did have a security guard in the

lot at night, at least on the weekend.

lot near the dumpster there was an old mattress with mans underwear and a women's scarf not a great first impression.
