1. Old people keep parking horribly, but thats not the motels problem, being as close to the airport, i only heard ONE airplane takeoff, I am a sound sleeper, and I heard thunder from the rainstorms more than planes.

2. Located near all the places a business persons needs, post office, all night pharmacy, food, Kinko Copy, airport and easy access to downtown without having to get back on the interstate.
