1. The hotel is an older hotel; I had requested a suite and that's what they put me in, but there were several issues.

2. West facing Suite on a day when the temperature was over 100 degrees, and the curtains did not close, so not only do you have the sun beating in on the room during the daytime, but you have the light from I-40 and White Bridge Road impeding your sleep.
