1. I arrived one hour later, and the same person that I talked to told me that her corporate office had just called and said that she could not accept any discounts for the night (the AAA discount she had just quoted me), so the new rate would be twenty $ more.

7. I don't feel people should rate a hotel on their free breakfasts, however for those that feel entitled to such things, the area in this hotel for breakfast is tiny-way too small for the number of potential guests.
