1. I believe that my husband saw a note that they had a shuttle available to go to the Grand Ole Opry and if so I might take it next time because with the Opry Mills Mall reopening, I think there were some entertainment businesses in it that shared the same parking and also some folks that I think were walking over to the Opryland Hotel and using the free parking there as well.

3. The Cracker Barrell and several bars share the same parking lot which was great.

4. There were restaurants on both sides of the second and third buildings and there seemed to be lots of activity going on around the hotel as we checked in to our rooms but once the doors were closed we could only hear someone right outside our room calling to some in the parking lot.

5. We were going to the second Opry Show and so when we arrived looking for a parking spot for the Opry we ended up parking as we joked with the lady at check out, almost as far from the front door and had to walk what seemed to be the length that we would have walked from our own room.

6. We came for the CMA Music Fest and Grayline Tours is in the same parking lot which has shuttles to take you downtown during the Festival and it is a standard $25 taxi fare from downtown to the hotel.

7. Our annex was right across the parking lot from a "sports bar" that had live music from about 6pm until closing (2am).

8. If you are going for the CMA Fest, you can by a transportation pass from Grayline which is in the same parking lot, that takes you to/from downtown for $50 for a 4 day pass.

10. ` This incident was only the frosting on the cake, of about 5 bad things that had happened to us at that place this trip, including not being able to find a parking spot so we could see our car from our room.
