3. Our bedroom had a king bed (which is very firm, but didnt bother me), a nice bathroom, flat screen tv and a kitchenette area (sink, microwave, frig).

7. On initial review I would have said we'd choose staying there over staying at the Hampton when we returned but after sleeping on that bed for a night, the Guesthouse has been resigned to our backup option.
