1. I was more than pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms & indeed the entire facility, comfy beds, good shower, friendly & helpful staff.

2. I wasn't expecting much for some reason, but it's close enough to all the main attractions, the rooms are clean, roomy with nice bathrooms and comfy beds.
