The gentleman at the desk was very pleasant and helpful, the room was clean and attractive, the bathroom was modern and supplied with quality products, the bed was really comfortable and the complimentary breakfast included bacon, eggs, waffle batter and a waffle griddle, plus cereal, bagels, juice, etc. They also provided complimentary transportation to the airport (which was less than 5 minutes away) when we wanted it, not on a schedule.
