2. There is nothing especially pretty about the neighborhood, but it`s safe and you could walk to Belmont or Vanderbilt University within 15-20 minutes.

3. Both rooms very clean, staff was great, not far from downtown which was great since we were in town for a concert, and it wasn't in a bad neighborhood.
